In 2021, Insightrix was contracted by a leading telecommunications provider in the province to test its brand campaign using Insightrix AdCheck. The client wanted to evaluate three animatic advertisements and two radio ads focused on business solutions, targeting business decision-makers. The goal was to compare the performance of the ads against industry norms.

Saskatchewan New Democrats Virtual Nomination Elections 2020

In March of 2020, the Saskatchewan New Democrats (SaskNDP) announced the implementation of a social distancing policy in response to the declaration of the COVID-19 pandemic. This included all SaskNDP public gatherings, including nomination contests. With the 2020 Saskatchewan Legislative Election quickly approaching (October 26, 2020), the Saskatchewan NDP needed to complete the nomination process in five constituencies.

Customer Experience Research Reporting through Interactive Portals

A financial services provider contracted Insightrix to develop and administer a satisfaction survey with members who have recently experienced an in-person, scheduled interaction with an account manager at one of their branches. The financial services provider desired access to up-to-date results from the satisfaction survey and also desired a means by which to filter the survey results using various factors, such as the name of the account manager, branch, the type of service and the age and gender of the members.
